Packing Again

Tomorrow morning we are off to Scotland.  We have to catch a bus to catch a train to catch a plane to catch a bus to get to our B&B.  That's not confusing at all is it?  It wouldn't be if we didn't have to start at 5:20 in the morning to make the first catch.  But, we do...anything to get to Scotland!

Today, not one, single, little picture was taken, so, you know what that means:  Random pics post!  And boy, do I have plenty.  For this RPP (Random Pics Post) I'll go back to London and see what I can find.

London 2 104

You have no idea how extremely helpful these signs were. They were kind of like spell check...we didn't have to use our brains to cross the street.  They don't have these helpful little guides in Poole, so we're back to racing across the street and hoping for the best (at least I am, Mom and Dad continually remind me to look.)

 London 2 119

This was on the tower bridge.  It was an itty bit windy.  Can you tell?  I don't know how long it took me to gather up my hair so it wasn't blowing around the world for this picture.

London 2 126

When we got off the bridge, there was this demonstration going on with a bunch of FBI type guys standing around what was supposed to look like a bomb (I guess).  I was more than curious, so Dad went up and asked one of the guys (brave Daddy).  They said something like, "I'm afraid I can not give you any information as of now, but rest assured the crash site is safe and being monitored."  Well that's good to know...I was worried.  I thought it would have been so fun to stand in front of one of the cool FBI dudes and make faces...but I resisted.

London 2 129

Miss Ann, this picture is for Judah.  I thought of him when I saw this reeeally big boat.  (For those of you who don't know who Judah is, he's one of my little piano students who loves the military.  I'm often asked questions like, "Do army guys play the piano?" or given lengthy lectures on the HMS whatever....he's very smart.)

London 2 152 A pretty cool view of the London Eye.

London 2 165

Oh yeah.  This is what I call the "perfect" limo.

London 2 175

American Italian?  Is that like a hamburger lasagna or something?

London 3 017

Hi.  Oh, and I love London...in case you didn't notice.  Ugh!  My jean knees are really looking faded.  I think I see a shopping trip in the near future.

London 3 022

Yes, a shopping trip...it will be so much fun!

London 3 056

Oh rats!  I just realized I never stepped into a London phone booth!  Bummer.

Okie dokie, have I been random enough for you?  A little too random?  Sorry, I just got carried away.  But now I must carry myself to the suitcase that sits in my room still totally empty.
